Where Neakasa’s own records disagree
- Warranty age. The current warranty policy upgrades eligible M1 Plus purchases on or after January 1, 2026 to 2 years; the M1 manual linked from the current M1 Plus product page still states 12 months. Buyer guidance: save the dated policy and order channel before purchase.
- Capacity rounding. The M1 Plus product page states 11.23 L waste / 7.17 L litter; the M1 manual states 11 L / 6.5 L. Those are not interchangeable precision claims.
- “Almost no weight limit” versus published range. The M1 Plus FAQ uses that phrase, then recommends 2.2–33 lb. Open headroom does not guarantee floor length or posture room for every large cat.
- Cross-date prices. SC10’s snapshot is 2026-07-26; M1 Plus’s official price snapshot is 2026-08-30. Promotions can change independently.
Limits
- SC10 has one 28-day, three-cat household record; Neakasa M1 Plus was not independently tested for this page.
- Manufacturer dimensions, capacities, noise, cat ranges, emptying intervals, and safety language are claims until independently measured.
- No owner-rating averages or third-party review scores are blended into a product verdict.
- Cat posture, urination direction, litter, humidity, fill level, cycle delay, and maintenance can change outcomes.
