Evidence modes

• Hands-on tested: direct first-party observation under a stated test scope.
• Research-based: source synthesis without direct product testing.
• Hybrid: first-party evidence interpreted alongside external or manufacturer material.

Limits

One household cannot establish population prevalence. Manufacturer claims are not relabeled as tested facts. Custom monitoring is not represented as stock product behavior.
