The accessories hub
The listing “SC01/SC02/SC09/SC10/LR01 Smart Litter Box Accessories” exposes two pickers. The model picker offers “SC01 Accessories”, “SC02 Accessories”, and “SC09/SC10/LR01/LB01 Accessories”. A second picker lists individual components such as the MW-SC01 Pee Guard, MW-SC01 Drum, MW-SC02 Sifting Separator, MW-SC09 Sifting Screen, MW-SC09 Drum, SC09 Deodorizer Box, and SC10 Deodorizer Box.
The page also carried a generic “Low stock” marker on 2026-08-25. It did not expose per-component inventory, so treat specific-part availability as unknown until the picker answers for your exact selection.

Compatibility is on you
The SC01 and SC02 have documented specification conflicts between MeoWant’s own pages and reseller channels, which usually signals hardware revisions. A sifting screen or drum ordered without checking your unit’s revision may not seat correctly.
For the SC03’s rake mechanism — the component its early owners report failing — no official spare listing existed on the check date. If a rake or gear fails, the realistic official route is a warranty claim through the support channels below, not a parts purchase.

Exclusions include normal wear parts, unauthorized-seller purchases, missing proof of purchase, altered serial or production codes, and non-quality-related issues after 30 days. Products bought from authorized retailers route warranty service through MeoWant support; other third-party sellers handle their own claims.

MeoWant’s warranty page directs claims to its own contact form, promises assistance within 24 hours for warranty-period problems, and publishes service@meowanthome.com for questions. Return applications inside 30 days of delivery go through the same contact page. We link no other address because no other address is published on the pages we checked.
